Syensqo introduces AeroPaste® 1003: an innovative two-part room-temperature paste increasing efficiency for aerospace manufacturers
Syensqo is launching AeroPaste® 1003, a new grade of its epoxy-based structural paste adhesives which already includes AeroPaste® 1006 and 1100. GE Additive and Wichita State’s National Institute for Aviation Research team up to accelerate metal additive technology for rapid Department of Defense implementation
GE Additive and Wichita State University’s National Institute for Aviation Research have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding as the cornerstone of a new collaborative effort aimed at supporting the U.S. Department of Defense‘s (DoD) accelerated adoption of metal additive manufacturing technology.
In mid-2019, GE Additive and GE Aviation approached the US Air Force to propose a metal additive collaboration program to address its specific sustainment, readiness and affordability needs.

With near-zero signal loss, Dyneema® Crystal Technology helps Elvira® detect drones and classify them, distinguishing them from birds or other flying objects, at longer distances than traditional radar systems. In fact, this breakthrough radar technology can detect larger fixed-wing drones at a range of nine kilometers and smaller multi-rotor drones at up to three kilometers. In addition to the material’s electromagnetic transparency, ROBIN Radar chose Dyneema® Crystal Technology for its superior protection of sensitive equipment in harsh outdoor environments and its extreme light weight for easy transport.
