TE’s LUMAWISE base assembly, sleeve and covers together integrate power and signal interface to the dimming receptacle to ensure long-term reliability. This interface can be used in applications such as LED outdoor roadway, street and area lighting fixtures.

TE Connectivity to Cut Time to Market for Customers’ Lighting Designs
HARRISBURG, PA., USA – April 11, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, is unveiling innovations at LIGHTFAIR International (LFI) 2017 that increase efficiency in its customers’ development projects. Taking place in Philadelphia, Pa., from May 9-11, LFI is the world's largest annual architectural and commercial lighting trade show and conference. New products that TE will showcase include the MSM (Multi-Sensor Module) platform, the compact LUMAWISE Drive for LED track and spot lighting, and the LUMAWISE Endurance N Enhanced Base for outdoor lighting control solutions.
HARRISBURG, PA., USA – March 22, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has introduced the new Push Grip wire connectors for electrical installations. These tool-less, poke-in wire splice connectors provide visual termination of solid and stranded wires in gauges from 22 to 12 AWG (0.5 – 2.5 mm²). The connectors are color-coded according to the number of positions for easy identification, and their compact size enables them to be used in tight spaces. A test slot incorporated into each connector allows for voltage testing.
HARRISBURG, PA., USA – March 16, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has introduced a new compact connectivity solution for street lighting with LED light sources. TE´s LUMAWISE Endurance S module consists of a standardized interface between the receptacle and module base or sealing cap. Which uses an integrated single gasket that can accommodate and seal both luminaire and module using the same connection interface for either 40mm or 80mm diameter central management systems.
HARRISBURG, PA., USA – February 6, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has introduced a smart junction box that enables printed circuit boards (PCBs) to be integrated into solar panel solutions. The SOLARLOK Medium junction box is designed to terminate customer-designed PCBs that can monitor its functionality and allows the junction box to be shut down remotely when required. Special clips allow the PCB to be quickly and reliably connected to the solar panel foils. The SOLARLOK Medium junction box is supplied with foil-rails and clips, has an operating temperature range of minus 40 degrees Celsius to 90 degrees Celsius, and is rated for 1000 or 1500V. The junction box is rated up to IP67 and is approved by TUV and UL.
HARRISBURG, PA., USA – January 30, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, is launching the ALCOSWITCH illuminated tactile switch series, designed for easy operation and reliability in a variety of board-mounted applications. Each tactile switch includes an LED indicator in one of eight different color options, in a low or high intensity version. They are designed to last for up to 500,000 cycles.
