Superior's SureKnit™ seamless gloves are a shining example of the best advances that have been made in fiber technology. The SureKnit™ glove with Dyneema® is so abrasion-resistant, it did not wear out even after 5000 cycles on the Taber Test, used to determine abrasion resistance. So now, while providing excellent protection against cuts, Superior offers a glove that won’t wear out long before its cut-resistance does. But there’s another bonus: with help from DSM Dyneema, Superior has applied a unique spinning technique to the process, resulting in a knit that is less slippery, and thus provides better grip.

UPZ Suzhou joins three other UPG medical manufacturing facilities with ISO 13485 2003 certification. These operations are located in Chicopee, Massachusetts and Fremont, California in the U.S. and in Tijuana, Mexico. As a global contract manufacturer, UPG will use the ISO standard in serving its growing list of medical OEMs seeking U.S. manufacturing standards in the transfer of medical device manufacturing to China.
