Chemtura Corporation’s Performance Specialties business has completed a substantial expansion at its European regional Technical Service laboratory—an investment to support further growth of its range of Adiprene®/Vibrathane® polyurethane prepolymers. The newly refurbished and upgraded laboratory is located at Chemtura’s European manufacturing plant in Latina, Italy, where it produces Adiprene®, Vibrathane® & Ribbon Flow® TDI and MDI prepolymers, Adiprene® Low Free TDI prepolymers and Vibracure® curatives.

Efficast® Masks Offers Gold Standard in Patient Immobilization for Radiation Therapy
JERICHO, N.Y. - 19 June 2008 – Orfit Industries America today announced the expansion of its North American operations to give hospital-based and freestanding cancer centers faster access to their high-precision patient immobilization systems which use Efficast® thermoplastic masks. The company, whose technology is used in 75 percent of European radiation therapy facilities, is rapidly expanding in North America to meet demand for its products.
