TE Connectivity’s Rail Unit Appoints New General Manager
SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland – June 2, 2016 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, has announced the appointment of Al Ghelani as general manager of the Rail division of TE’s Industrial business unit. Ghelani assumes the position on June 1, 2016, and will be based in Swindon, U.K. He will report to Thomas Schmidt, president of TE Industrial. Peter van Loo, former general manager of TE’s Rail unit will move to TE Industrial Strategic Growth.
