TE Connectivity developing Mini I/O connector system with Cat6A technology
DARMSTADT, Germany – December 7, 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), a world leader in connectivity and sensors, is working to expand their Mini I/O product family with a Mini I/O Cat6A cable connector that combines a small form-factor with connection speed. The new Mini I/O connector will be made available in a field installable version and version for cable harness makers for volume usage. This new product will further complete TE’s family of industrial Mini I/O connectors supporting serial, bus and Ethernet communication up to 10Gbps (Cat6A) performance making all connections work in industrial environments.
