Da oggi, nei motori a reazione potrà quindi essere impiegato un nuovo grado di poliammide 46 (PA46) Stanyl® ad alto flusso creato da DSM Engineering Plastics. Concepito per i componenti strutturali estremamente complessi presenti nei motori a reazione degli aerei, Stanyl 46HF4130 è un composto rinforzato con fibre di vetro per il 30% che fu originariamente concepito per le alette sottili e larghe della presa d’aria del motore Rolls-Royce Trent 900, realizzato per ridurre al minimo rumore ed impatto ambientale. DSM Engineering Plastics annuncia di avere reso disponibile un nuovo grado di poliammide 46 (PA46) Stanyl® ad alta scorrevolezza studiato per i componenti presenti nei motori a reazione degli aerei. Stanyl 46HF4130 è un composto rinforzato con fibre di vetro per il 30% e fu originariamente concepito per la presa d’aria del motore Rolls-Royce Trent 900, realizzato per ridurre al minimo rumore ed impatto ambientale. Il motore impiega 50 pannelli, caratterizzati da una geometria molto complessa e finalizzati a ridurre al minimo il rumore tramite un’articolata sezione del condotto del motore, che può beneficiare della grande resistenza e stampabilità di Stanyl.
