Clariant launches PolyMax® 850 catalyst for more profitable and sustainable fuel upgrading
Munich, March 21, 2017 – Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, today announced the launch of PolyMax 850, a high-performance, sustainable catalyst for petroleum refineries. The new phosphoric acid catalyst increases polygasoline, nonene and tetramer yields at lower operating temperatures, thus reducing costs and boosting productivity. Compared to previous generations of the PolyMax series, the new catalyst offers an even longer service life, helping to minimize waste in the fuel upgrading process.

Clariant’s shareholders approve all agenda items
Muttenz, March 20, 2017 – At today’s Annual General Meeting in Basel, the shareholders of Clariant AG, a world leader in specialty chemicals, approved all agenda items and resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. The meeting was attended by 482 shareholders and shareholder representatives accounting for 178 055 160 shares or around 53.64 % of the share capital of Clariant.

Clariant to be included in SPI® Select Dividend 20 Index
Muttenz, March 17, 2017 – Clariant, a world leader in specialty chemicals, will be included in the SPI Select Dividend 20 Index basket. The index will be adjusted on 17 March 2017 after closing. The adjustment takes effect on 20 March 2017.

HARRISBURG, Pa., USA – 16 marzo 2017 – TE Connectivity (TE), un leader mondiale nella connettività e nei sensori, ha introdotto una nuova soluzione compatta per l'illuminazione stradale a LED. La soluzione TE LUMAWISE Endurance S consiste di un modulo standardizzato di interfaccia tra il connettore femmina (receptacle) e il modulo base sigillato. Esso utilizza una unica guarnizione integrata che può ospitare e sigillare sia il corpo illuminante che il modulo stesso. Inoltre, la stessa connessione di interfaccia può essere utilizzata sia per moduli di commando CMS (central management systems) da 40mm che da 80mm di diametro.
