Clariant offers better product access for oil production customers through new supply base in Indonesia
Clariant, a focused and innovative specialty chemical company, today announced the opening of a new supply base at Bojonegoro in East Java. This new storage facility in Indonesia provides Clariant’s Oil Services customers in the region with an improved, more sustainable supply chain for its Pour Point Depressants (PPD) and Drag Reducing Agent (DRA) products, in line with the specific requirements of the oil industry. The opening ceremony, held at the new base, was attended by government officials and Clariant customers in the region.

SABIC, un leader globale nel settore chimico, ha annunciato oggi il lancio del filamento AMS31F, un materiale di supporto breakaway nella modellazione a deposizione di fuso (FDM). Il nuovo filamento mantiene la rigidità durante lo stampaggio e fornisce un’eccezionale malleabilita’ nelle lavorazioni secondarie, rendendo più facile la rimozione delle strutture di supporto a temperatura ambiente, una caratteristica che può contribuire a ridurre i tempi necessari alla produzione del componente finito. Il nuovo filamento AMS31F è studiato per essere utilizzato assieme al filamento ULTEM™ AM9085F di SABIC, una polietereimmide(PEI) ad alte prestazioni, dotato di elevata resistenza al calore e robustezza meccanica, caratteristiche ottimali per applicazioni nel settore aerospaziale ed in quello automobilistico, come pure nel petrolifero e nelle produzione di stampi.
