La valutazione del ciclo di vita utile della carta Mondi per l'avvolgimento di pallet dimostra un minore impatto climatico
Mondi, azienda leader globale per imballaggi e carta, ha commissionato una valutazione del ciclo di vita utile (LCA) che mettesse a confronto la sua innovativa carta per l’avvolgimento dei pallet, la Advantage StretchWrap, e i più convenzionali film plastici per l'avvolgimento. L’intero studio è stato realizzato da parte di consulenti esterni, conformemente ai requisiti ISO, e prevede anche una revisione critica. Partendo dal presupposto che entrambi i materiali siano riciclati al termine della loro vita utile, i risultati hanno dimostrato che la soluzione di Mondi in base carta per l'avvolgimento dei pallet ha un impatto climatico minore, uno degli aspetti valutati dagli indicatori dell’LCA.
