Eastman Chemical Company appoints new Specialty Plastics resin distributor for Austrian market
CAPELLE A/D IJSSEL, THE NETHERLANDS - Eastman Chemical Company has announced the appointment of Gangus Plastic as the new distributor for its Specialty Plastics (Division) in Austria.
Gangus Plastic Vertriebsges. mbH, the Austrian subsidiary of Albis Plastic GmbH, will distribute a wide range of products on behalf of Eastman, including:
• DURASTAR® Polymer
• EASTALLOY® Polymer
• EASTAR® Amorphous Copolyesters
• ECDEL Elastomers
• EMAC and EBAC Elastomers
• NEOSTAR® Elastomers
• PROVISTA® Copolyesters
Commenting on the appointment, David Speicher, EMEA Regional Business Director, Eastman, said: “Distributors are an important and highly-valued channel for supplying small and medium-sized customers. We identified the need for a distributor in Austria to better serve such customers there. We are working with Albis in a number of countries and are pleased with their work and attention to our products.
