Vencorex strengthens its position in Asia

Vencorex confirms rapid expansion of its presence in Asia by adding new production capacity, along with enlarging sales and market development team.

As announced in November 2013, Vencorex is expanding its global capacity for Tolonate™ HDI derivatives by establishing a new production unit in Thailand.

This new plant in Asia, with an annual capacity of 12,000 tons per year, will adopt Vencorex’s proprietary state-of-the-art technology that has proven its track record of being a high quality trimers and biurets producer. Thailand is a strategic location and will provide Vencorex a competitive advantage to participate intensively in Asia’s polyurethane industries. The new plant will be ready to serve the Asian market in the second half of 2015.

Sales and technical teams are in place, ready to accelerate the growth in Asian market. Vencorex opened in 2013 and 2014 sales offices in Bangkok, Thailand and Shanghai, China in order to be able to meet the customers’ needs.
