ARLANXEO startet Bildungsinitiative in Deutschland
Dormagen – ARLANXEO, ein weltweit führender Anbieter für synthetische Elastomere, hat seine neue Bildungsinitiative in Deutschland gestartet und unterzeichnete heute hierfür eine Kooperation mit der Realschule Hackenbroich. Ziel des Engagements ist es, den naturwissenschaftlichen Unterricht für junge Menschen interessant zu gestalten und ihnen die Berufsbilder in der chemischen Industrie aufzuzeigen. Damit soll auch dem demografischen Wandel und dem Fachkräftemangel entgegen gewirkt und die Attraktivität des Konzerns als Arbeitgeber sowie des Standorts erhöht werden. Ein Schwerpunkt der Schulkooperation ist die Bereitstellung von Praktikumsplätzen bei ARLANXEO zur beruflichen Orientierung.

Maastricht – ARLANXEO raises its prices for Therban® products globally. In Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia the price increase per metric ton for Therban® is 600 EUR, respectively 650 USD and will be effective as of April 1, 2017.

ARLANXEO increases prices for its Baypren (CR) products globally
Dormagen / Maastricht - ARLANXEO raises its prices for Chloroprene rubber and Chloroprene adhesive grades (CR) globally. In Europe, Middle East, Africa, Latin America and Asia the price adjustment per metric ton for CR is up to 700 EUR and will be effective no later than March 1, 2017.

ARLANXEO opens new Keltan Quality Control Laboratory in Geleen
Maastricht / Geleen - ARLANXEO, a global leader in synthetic elastomers, has opened a state-of-the-art Manufacturing Quality Control Laboratory at the Chemelot site in Geleen, The Netherlands. The new 250 m2 facility is located beside the ARLANXEO Keltan EPDM plant. It is directly connected to the control room, which makes it possible to implement changes driven by test results immediately in the plant’s operations.
